Direct booking policy

This policy applies to bookings made directly with us by email. Bookings on GetYourGuide or Airbnb follow the policy of each platform.

• Payment is made in advance by card via a secure payment link.
• Please book at least 2 days in advance.
• Free cancellation up to 72 hours before your session.
• Cancellations within 72 hours, and no-shows, are non-refundable.
• If we cancel due to severe weather or other unavoidable reasons, we'll offer a new date or a full refund.
